CONSENT

All services are provided by Bloobelle Healing Arts, its health practioners and representatives.  You understand that the attending practitioners are not allopathic doctors (MDs) and do not portray themselves to be. You fully understand that the attending practitioners do not offer allopathic drugs, surgery, chemical stimulations or any other conventional treatments.  In addition, they do not provide a medical diagnosis, nor prescribe pharmaceutical drugs of any kind.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all parts of this waiver, and that you had the opportunity to ask questions with regard to the described procedures.   You hereby affirm:

I have solicited the attending practitioner’s and Bloobelle Healing Arts services in good faith, exercising my free will and following the dictates of my own conscience, which allows me to select what I understand is most beneficial to my health.

I consent to natural health treatments, as covered by the services of Bloobelle Healing Arts.  Which may include:  Homeopathy, SCIO Biofeedback treatments, Homeobotanicals and Hair Mineral analysis, subject to the agreement of which services I choose to use. I affirm and agree that the practitioner treating me is not liable for any adverse effects caused by any treatment, I agreed and consented to undertake.  I also agree and consent to the terms and conditions of Bloobelle Healing Arts and its representatives.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES:

Confidentiality – All consultations/sessions/appointments are strictly confidential within the laws of the United Kingdom.

Refusals – We reserve the right to refuse to work with anyone I do not feel safe or comfortable with or who I feel will not benefit from working with us. We will always endeavour to offer an appropriate referral. 

If you are unsure about the suitability of services that are offered, please avail of the free ‘Discovery Call’ that is offered in order to clarify services and provide further information about our services for this reason. If you have booked & therefore paid for a session without this & you decide during a consultation that you do not wish to continue, this is your responsibility & we reserve the right to take payment in full for the booked time.  It is entirely your right whether to continue working with me or take a break or continue.

Refunds – We do not offer any guarantees or promises regarding the outcome of any sessions. Applications for any refunds of booked appointments prior to attending or using the materials provided are at our discretion & entirely dependent upon each individual circumstance.  Applications must be made by email & within a reasonable time frame.

Consultations/ Sessions/Appointments are conducted either online via platforms such as Meet Fox, or in person at our clinic address in Norfolk, England, unless by prior arrangement & the agreement of all parties.

Payment & bookings – All bookings are taken via a 3rd party booking app and are not confirmed until full payment is completed. Payment methods are either via Stripe or Meet Fox both of whom accept credit cards & debit cards.

If you need to use any other form of payment, you must contact Bloobelle Healing Arts by email so we can make alternative, mutually suitable arrangements. This applies also to any payment plans not covered by my booking system. On booking you must complete the information/consent form provided in your confirmation email & return it as soon as possible prior to your appointment.

Cancellations – You agree to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, preferably more, before your scheduled appointment in order to re-schedule. Cancellations must be by email, NOT by social media & must be acknowledged by a representative of Bloobelle Healing Arts. Anything less than this or failure to attend without notice may be subject to payment in full for the booked appointment. 

Prescriptions – You understand that as a holistic, natural health facilitator, we do not provide a medical diagnosis nor prescribe pharmaceutical drugs of any kind. Homeopathic remedies are usually either supplied by us or will be filled by a recognised Homeopathic pharmacy, depending on your location. Similarly we reserve the right to charge for any additional costs incurred by P&P.

Use of your data –

In order to give professional homeopathic & natural health consultations, we will need to ask for and keep information about your health. We will only use this for informing homeopathic prescriptions and any advice I give as a result of your treatment. The information to be held is: your contact details, medical history and other health-related information (which will be taken from your first consultation), treatment details and related notes (which will be taken after each consultation).  Your information will NOT be shared your with anyone else (other than as required for legal process) without explaining why it is necessary, and getting your explicit consent.  By consenting to these terms and conditions you are consenting to the storage of your data.
